TripUp provides online listing services and helps you book local travel services, so we do not ship any physical products. This policy explains how and when the services you pay for are delivered.
No physical shipping
We do not sell or ship physical goods, so there are no shipping or delivery charges. Our souvenir guide helps you find shops in Kolhapur, but anything you buy there is sold by the shop itself, and any courier or delivery arrangement is between you and the shop.
Featured and promoted listing plans
- Your featured placement is activated within 2 business days of successful payment. This includes a quick review of your listing.
- We confirm activation by email or WhatsApp, with the start and end dates of your placement.
- Your placement runs for the full period you paid for, counted from the day it goes live rather than the day you paid.
- If we cannot activate your placement, you will get a full refund under our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Travel plan bookings
- After successful payment, we send your booking confirmation within 24 hours, and usually much sooner, by WhatsApp, SMS or email.
- Your confirmation includes the travel partner's name and contact number, your trip date, and the pickup time and point.
- The service is delivered in person by the partner, who meets you at the agreed pickup point on the agreed date and time.
- Please keep your phone reachable on the day of travel, as the partner or driver may call you about pickup.
If we cannot confirm your booking, for example because no partner is available on your date, we will let you know and refund you in full.
If your confirmation does not arrive
- Check your email spam or junk folder, and your WhatsApp and SMS messages.
- Make sure the phone number and email address you gave at checkout are correct.
- Contact us with your payment ID through our Contact page. If your trip starts within the next 24 hours, please call us.
If a service you paid for cannot be delivered because of a problem on our side or the partner's, you will get a full refund.

Travel plans operate in Kolhapur city and nearby destinations, as described in each plan. Featured placements appear on the TripUp website, which anyone can view online.
